A friend sends you an Atomy link in English. You can read the page, but the checkout asks for an address in another country. Changing the display language will not answer the important question: which regional service should you use?
Save three bookmarks as you work through this guide: the official regional shop, its membership guidance and its support page.
Start with the regional directory, not a guessed address
Open Atomy’s official Global Regions directory. It lists regional operations with shopping-site links and customer-support details. Follow the link associated with the region you need rather than constructing an address from a country abbreviation.
For example, the directory links Japan to jp.atomy.com and Indonesia to id.atomy.com. It also lists a different domain format for China. These examples show why the directory is a better starting point than assuming that every official website follows the same naming pattern.
Once the regional site opens, record its final address. A link may redirect to a newer page. Save the destination that the official directory actually opens, and use that bookmark when you return to shop or manage the account.
Separate the language you read from the account you need
Write down your country of residence and your intended task before choosing a registration route. Are you buying for personal use, or checking whether you can participate as a distributor? These are different questions from whether you prefer English, Spanish, or another display language.
Atomy’s Global Member Guide provides regional eligibility and document information. Use the applicable section to identify what you need to confirm. Do not substitute a friend’s nationality, address, or identity details because their account worked in another market.
A practical note could look like this:
- My country of residence: the country where I actually live.
- My immediate goal: personal shopping or exploring distributor participation.
- The official regional website I opened: copy the full address.
- The membership category shown there: copy the label exactly.
- The unanswered eligibility question: write one specific question for support.
This is a preparation worksheet, not an application form. Keep personal identity numbers out of it until you are using the appropriate official process.
If you cannot find a suitable regional option
Do not select a nearby country simply to make a form accept your details. Open the official Global Membership registration page and check its current country-availability option. At the time of this check, that page labels the route as consumer registration and requires an invitation code.
The word “global” should not be read as a promise of distributor eligibility everywhere. Atomy’s June 11, 2024 Global Membership Policy described those global members as consumers without commissions or downline points. That is a dated policy notice; ask the relevant office about any subsequent changes and the rules that apply to you now.
If your purpose is business participation, resolve that question before registering through a shopping-only route. A completed consumer application is not evidence that the distributor requirements have been met.
Save a useful support request
If the directory and registration screen leave you uncertain, send the official regional support team a short question. You can adapt this wording:
“I live in [country] and want to [shop for personal use / check distributor eligibility]. I reached [page address] through your official directory. Which registration route should I use, and where can I read its current eligibility requirements?”
Include a screenshot of the confusing screen if needed, with sensitive information hidden. This gives support a concrete page and task to investigate. A message saying only “How do I join?” is more likely to require several follow-up questions.
Keep these three bookmarks
Save the regional shop, its current membership information, and its support page together. Before entering payment or identity details later, return through those bookmarks rather than an unfamiliar shortened link.
Korea Welfare Hub is an independent guide, not Atomy’s registration service. Our language menu changes this guide’s language; it does not choose your the region for your official Atomy account. For the broader distinction between shopping and business participation, read our introduction to Atomy.
