Corrections Policy

What we correct

We correct factual errors, inaccurate summaries, broken or superseded evidence, mistranslations, misleading image text, and material omissions. Style-only edits may be made without a correction note.

How updates are shown

Material changes update the date on the article and are recorded with the source ledger. If a source can no longer support a claim, the claim is revised, removed, or clearly marked as unresolved before the page is approved again.

Translation corrections

A material change to the English source returns affected translations to review. They remain out of the sitemap until the changed meaning has been checked in each language.
