Try signing in through the official service you used to register. Then check the four items below. This is the account-use stage; you do not need to repeat the entire application checklist.
| Check | A useful result |
|---|---|
| Login | I can open my own account |
| Region and membership type | The displayed region and type match my application |
| Contact and delivery details | My contact method works; the address needed for my order is correct |
| Unresolved issue | One specific question, or none |
For a simple example, “Login works; delivery address still needs correction” is enough to show what remains before ordering. The example is not a record of an actual member.
If signing in fails
Return to the site where the account was created. Use Global Regions if you need to locate it.
For accounts belonging to the global service, the Global Membership page provides Find account and Password Reset. It also lists Edit My Information & Re-upload Verification Documents for global members. These are named global-service options, not instructions that every regional member should move to that portal.
Choose the recovery task matching the problem. An inability to remember a password is not, by itself, a reason to register a second account.
Check the details relevant to ordering
Compare your name and membership type with the registration result. Consumer and Distributor are distinct choices in the US membership service; use the labels supplied by your own market.
Look at the delivery address selected at checkout as well as any profile address. On a shared device, make sure the signed-in account is yours before changing details or ordering.
If sponsor information is displayed and differs from your intended selection, describe that discrepancy to support. Do not assume that changing sponsors is unrestricted.
Keep the next action small
Locate order history and the official support route. Save the support address without putting passwords or verification codes in the note.
When the account details needed for the purchase are correct, move to the earlier first-order checklist. An account question and a product-selection question can then be handled separately.
