For Atomy USA registration, the published guide asks for a US-issued mobile number that receives text messages, membership details and sponsor designation. The Distributor route adds SSN and bank-information fields. Entering information is different from uploading a scan of a document.
The example below is for the United States. Use it to understand the form, not as a document list for every country.
What the US guide actually shows
| Item | Consumer route | Distributor route | Input or upload? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile verification | US-issued number able to receive texts | Same stated requirement | Phone verification |
| Membership information | Name, gender, birth date and password are listed | The same examples are listed | Information entered in the form |
| SSN and bank information | Not listed in the Consumer sequence | A separate Distributor step | Information entered; the guide does not establish a universal scan-upload requirement |
| Sponsor designation | Included | Included | Sponsor selection |
| Review | Review entered details before completion | Review entered details before completion | Confirmation screen |
These entries come from the Atomy USA registration guide, checked September 7, 2026. Its examples are not an exhaustive list of every field that may appear in a particular application.
Do I need to photograph my identification?
The public step-by-step guide does not provide a universal list of accepted uploaded identity documents. Do not interpret that absence as proof that verification documents can never be requested.
If the official application requests a file, use the document type and submission channel it specifies. If it requests only a number, do not send additional scans to a sponsor or group chat. Keep your password and verification codes within the official process.
A preparation note can contain just three columns:
| Requirement | My preparation status | Question still to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile verification | I can receive texts on the required number | None |
| Document upload, if requested | Not confirmed | Which document type and submission method does this application require? |
| My next requirement |
The first two rows are examples, not a record of an actual applicant.
If your country or circumstances are different
Find the relevant service through Global Regions. The Global Member Guide is a separate starting point for regional guidance.
You can ask support: “I am applying in [region] as a [membership type]. The field says [label]. Do I enter information or upload a document here, and which official instructions apply?” Give the field label first; send sensitive documents only if the official process requires them.
